I love the product, but not your customer service. I have bought 3 police mom bracelets.You all are prompt with reply emails if there is an order involved. When I asked you less than 24 hours to cancel my order I was told that was not possible. Then when I sent 3 emails to change the shipping and tried to change it in my account, I did not receive a response at all. My friend had to ship it to me on her own dime. For those reasons I will NOT recommend your company to anyone.
